M Festivalの心得 — 妙高高原 冬イベント向け | Pointers — Myoko Kogen Winter Event

  1. 会場周辺で地域の生活や自然を守るため、雪や地面を傷つけない行動を心がけ、除雪や私有地への立ち入りは避けてください。
    Respect the local community and environment: avoid damaging snow surfaces, stay off cleared/privately maintained areas, and follow posted boundaries.

  2. 冬季は低温と積雪で体温低下や遭難の危険があるため、防寒具、予備の手袋・帽子、暖かい靴を必ずご持参ください。
    Winter conditions can cause hypothermia and other risks. Bring warm layers, spare gloves and hats, and insulated, waterproof footwear.

  3. 会場は滑りやすく凍結箇所があります。歩行は十分ご注意ください。杖や滑り止め（アイゼン等）の利用を推奨します。
    Surfaces may be icy and slippery. Walk carefully and consider using trekking poles or traction devices (microspikes).

  4. 地元の生活や行事を尊重し、騒音やごみの放置を控えてください。ごみは必ず指定の場所へ持ち帰り、分別に協力してください。
    Respect local life and events: keep noise down and do not leave trash. Take all waste to designated disposal points and follow recycling rules.

  5. 会場周辺には冬季特有の危険（落雪、凍結路面、除雪作業車両等）があります。係員や案内表示の指示に従ってください。
    Be aware of winter hazards like falling snow, icy roads, and snow-clearing vehicles. Follow staff instructions and signage.

  6. 地元の方々への挨拶や配慮を忘れずに。地域の暮らしを尊重することが、皆で楽しむための基本です。
    Be courteous to local residents. Respecting the community is essential to everyone enjoying the event.

注意事項 | Attention

1. Mフェスティバルは雨天決行ですが、危険をともなう悪天候の場合は中止になる可能性もございます。悪天候の場合の払い戻しは致しませんので、ご了承ください。

M Festival will be held regardless of rain, however, it may be canceled in case of dangerous weather. Please note that refunds will not be given if it’s canceled due to weather.

2. 主催者が運営に支障をきたす、または来場者の安全確保が必要と判断した場合、やむをえず運営上のルールを変更する場合がございます。

To ensure the safety of all attendees and participants, there may be instances when the event organizers may step in.

3. 入場チケットを会場でリストバンドと交換いたします。リストバンド引換え後はリストバンドがお客様の購入証明となります。リストバンドはお帰りになるまで外さないで下さい。チケット・リストバンドの再発行はいかなる場合でも致しません。紛失した場合は、ご退場いただくか再購入していただきます。不正入場が発覚した場合、理由にかかわらず身柄を警察に引き渡し、それにともなう損害賠償を請求いたします。

Purchased tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon entry to the festival. Wristband must remain on during your attendance duration (1 or 2 days). Please do not remove the wristband. If removed or lost, wristbands cannot be replaced, a new entrance ticket must be purchased. If we find an unauthorized attendee on festival grounds, we will hand them over to the police and damages must be paid.

4. 過度の飲酒による泥酔には十分にご注意下さい。泥酔者は強制的に退場していただく場合もありますので、適量飲酒を心掛けて下さい。

We want you to enjoy the festival! But please be sure to drink and enjoy the festival responsibly. There may be instances where we may have to ask someone to leave.

5. ゴミのポイ捨てや騒音など、近隣の住民の迷惑になる行為は絶対におやめ下さい。

Part of M Festival is to love and respect the nature. Please be sure not to litter, and to not disturb local residence (humans and animals!) with excessive noise or otherwise.

6. 会場内に花火等の火薬類、その他法律で禁止されている物の持ち込みを禁止します。

We prohibit explosives such as fireworks, and any other illegal and dangerous materials by law.

7. 会場内・外で発生した事故、盗難等は主催者・会場・出演者は一切責任を負いません。

The organizers, venue, and artists are not responsible for accidents or theft that occur inside or outside the venue.

8. 会場内・外において、係員の指示に従わない方、泥酔、危険行為など、他の方の迷惑になる行為を行う方は強制的に退場していただきます。その際のチケットの払い戻しは致しませんのでご注意下さい。

Those who do not respect the rules or the law will be asked to leave with no refund for the ticket. Let’s all be responsible and respectful so we can have a good time together!

9. 会場内にカメラ・ビデオカメラ・スマートフォン等の持ち込みは可能ですが、出演アーティストの撮影は禁止です。またステージ周辺に楽器を持ち込む事、アーティストの演奏中にジャンベ等の楽器で音を立てる行為もご遠慮下さい。

While cameras, video cameras, and smartphones are allowed into the festival (and we encourage preserving memories!), we ask that you refrain from recording artist performances. Please note that noisemakers / instruments that may disturb artist performances will not be allowed.
